Cobalt's global product launch needed a full keynote and stage system — presentation deck, stage graphics, livestream overlays, and signage — built and approved on a timeline that left almost no room for the usual back-and-forth with an events agency. We built the entire system from Cobalt's brand guidelines directly, generating consistent visuals across every format the keynote needed, from the big screen to the livestream lower-thirds.

The full system went from brief to stage-ready in days, not the usual six-to-eight-week production window for an event this size. Every visual on stage, online, and in the room matched, and Cobalt's team spent their remaining time rehearsing the talk instead of chasing design revisions.
