Meridian's internal teams — HR, ops, leadership — each built their own version of culture decks and internal updates, and none of them matched the company's external brand. Employees noticed the inconsistency, and it quietly undercut the polish Meridian had built everywhere else. We extended their brand system inward, building a set of internal comms templates that any team could use without needing design support.
Now an all-hands deck, an HR update, or a culture newsletter all carry the same visual language as Meridian's investor materials. Internal teams self-serve their own decks in minutes, and the company's brand finally feels consistent whether you're an investor or an employee.
